Nekter Juice Bar

This place has a lot of healthy and delicious options for those craving something sweet. It is clean, fast and you have the option to order ahead of time. The acai bowls are delicious as well as the juices and smoothies. They have options to add energy boost shots etc to the drinks. I don't near here but make it a point to come. The only complaint I have is the staff members seemed put out when I asked for a to go bag. I should have said that ahead of time but after tipping them well I would have expected a smile so hopefully if the owner or manager is reading this he will talk to staff members about customer service. Don't ask for extras!

TERRIBLE, WORST experience. I frequent this location, I was kind as possible. I didn’t even know what to say. But will NOT go back. The store MANAGER stood there yelling at me for more than 5 minutes. I was HUMILIATED by the store MANAGER. She was SO RUDE. Posting a photo of my receipt to prove I was there. Hope NEKTER sees this & contacts that MANAGER about her ugly attitude. Also, the MANAGER yells about “not having enough funds to re-make a smoothie” which was a mistake on her part. Got a refund.

Can’t believe I’m even taking the time to write on here but, Awful service! Not only do the hs kids working here seem put out to be there, but they don’t pay attention to anything, except serving their friends that come in of course. We ordered a juice and smoothie. Got the smoothie, they then served 4 customers their orders that came in AFTER us, including their friend. When we asked about our juice, they said they’d forgotten about it. When they finally made a juice the one they presented to us what NOT what we ordered and wrong. They then questioned us on it, and we had them look it up in the system to in fact verify they made the wrong drink on top of it being late. Then we just asked for a refund at that point for the inconvenience. They then answer that they don’t know how to process a refund on their system. So moving forward, make sure if you’re going to have a staff full of kids who don’t care and don’t pay attention, make sure there’s at least a manager on site who knows how to correctly right a wrong. After all that, they make the right juice, with NO ice after we had asked for that as well and gave it to us in a cup on the side. Needless to say, won’t be coming back to this place ever and judging from the rest of these reviews we’re not alone in these thoughts. What a joke.

Just ordered 2 berry parfait chia bowls. The service was horrible and to add to the long wait to take my order although there was only 1 other customer in the store when I got there, there was no " thank you for the wait" or "sorry for the long wait" etc. Then when I finally get my berry parfaits they are super thick & have an old taste. Never again.

Juice is good, service is mediocre at best. No one greats you and the staff acts like you’re an inconvenience. First time it was fine, but this second time I felt like I was rude of even being alive. It was 9:50am…. On a Saturday. Not like we came right after the doors opened or right before closing. Normal juice hours. I don’t know if I’ll be back.
